I will go unto the altar of God
even unto the God of my joy and gladness
Spare thy people, Lord, we pray
The Lord be with you
It is you, O Lord, who are my hope, my trust, O Lord, since my youth
A reading from the holy gospel according to Saint John:
This is my commandment: love one another as I have loved you.
Let me tell you this!
In bread we bring you, Lord, our bodies' labour
Take all our daily toil, each hopeful dream
Blessed are you Lord God of all creation
Our lives belong to you, our Lord and King
Lord in thy Eucharist, take and redeem
Pray brethren that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable
to God the almighty Father
Lift up your hearts
We offer them for thy holy catholic Church
watch over it Lord and guide it
Amen
Let us offer one another a sign of peace
Peace be with you
May the Mother's intercessions on our homes a blessing win
That the children all be prospered, strong and fair and pure within
